Sometimes it can be to help clarify any thoughts and feelings you may have, to help you to feel in a more settled place.
Sessions last for 50 minutes and usually take place once a week.
This depends entirely on yourself and the issues you bring to Counselling. Some people need just a few sessions, others are more long term.
Choosing a Counsellor can seem like a daunting process. However I try to make it as comfortable for you as I can. I offer a free 10 minute telephone call if you would like to speak to me first, to ask any questions you may have, and from there we can mutually decide if I am the right Counsellor for you.
Sessions will take place in my Counselling room (including online Counselling) which is located just off the High Street in Lymington.
